Booking & Payment

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 14 days may incur a partial or full charge, depending on how close it is to your arrival date.

Date changes are subject to availability and may involve a rate adjustment.

Guest Responsibilities

Please treat our properties with respect. Leave them in the same condition you found them – clean, tidy, and damage-free.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Parties and events are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing.

Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evening and early morning.

Pets

Many of our properties are pet-friendly – please check the listing for confirmation.

Dogs must be kept off furniture and bedding, and never left unattended on the property unless the property is dog-focused and the owner can accommodate

Always clean up after your pet and keep gates securely closed.

Security & Monitoring

For safety and property care, some homes may have external security cameras. These are used only for monitoring property boundaries and guest numbers.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items during your stay.
